Refunds and Returns Policy
At Evri Network, we strive to provide exceptional service and high-quality electric vehicle (EV) charging products. To maintain the integrity of our operations and ensure fairness, we have established the following Refunds and Returns Policy.
All Sales Are Final
All sales made through Evri Network are final. Once a purchase is completed, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not allowed. We encourage our customers to thoroughly review product specifications and ensure compatibility with their needs before completing a purchase.
No Cancellations After Purchase
After an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled. Please make sure that all order details, including product specifications, quantities, and shipping addresses, are correct before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery to report the issue. Evri Network will work with the manufacturer or supplier to address any legitimate claims of defects. Please note the following steps must be taken:
- Inspection upon Delivery: Customers are required to inspect their order upon receipt. If the item is visibly damaged or defective, please note the issue on the delivery receipt and immediately contact us.
- Evidence of Damage: You may be asked to provide photographic evidence or documentation of the damage/defect to expedite the resolution process.
- Manufacturer Warranty: Many of our products come with warranties provided by the manufacturer. Any issues that arise after the initial inspection period may need to be addressed directly with the manufacturer as part of their warranty process.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable in cases where replacements or repairs are covered under warranty.
Shipping Discrepancies
If you receive an incorrect item or an incomplete order, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will take immediate action to correct the mistake. Claims made after this period may not be honored.
Custom Orders
Custom orders and specially configured products, including any services related to installation, cannot be returned or refunded once the order has been confirmed and processed.
Final Sale Products
Certain products or services may be marked as “Final Sale.” These items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
Customer Responsibilities
Before making any purchases, we strongly advise the following:
- Review Product Information: Ensure that the product specifications and requirements meet your needs.
- Confirm Compatibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the EV charging equipment purchased is compatible with their vehicle, electrical system, and installation requirements.
- Understand Manufacturer Warranties: Familiarize yourself with any warranties provided by the product manufacturer, as these will govern coverage for defects, repairs, or replacements after the product has been delivered.
Disputes and Liability
Evri Network is not responsible for any misinterpretations or misunderstandings of product specifications or suitability for particular use cases. All products sold are as described on our website or in our product literature. We cannot guarantee that the product descriptions are error-free, but we will make every effort to ensure that all details are accurate and up-to-date.
If a dispute arises regarding a purchase, we will work in good faith to resolve the issue amicably, but ultimately, all sales are final, and our no-refund/no-return policy will apply.
